JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supervises facility maintenance (electrical & mechanical) carried out in a manner consistent with all applicable safety procedures and policies.

Salary:

65K - Monday to Friday (minimal weekends - will be compensated if asked)

2nd Shift (2pm to 10:30pm)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Oversees daily work of skilled trades
• Tour the site daily, report and resolve any problems that may put the infrastructure at risk. Direct maintenance staff to resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner.
• Assist contracted vendors with preventative maintenance program, trouble-shooting and modification.
• Operate diagnostic equipment as directed and complies with the manufacturers' recommendations.
• Determine status of diagnosed equipment and advise of corrective actions.
• Maintain records of maintenance checks and repairs.
• Assist in reviewing and reporting of incidents.
• Work with facilities staff in providing support.
