Malace|HR is looking for a full time Hi Lo Mechanic to work onsite at an automotive manufacturer in Flint, MI. Must be shift flexible. Qualified Candidates will have previous experience troubleshooting and repairing mobile equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience with pumps, motors, speed, and feed systems, hydraulics
- Some experience with controller programs
- Knowledge of maintenance systems such as MAXIMO helpful Mechanical Systems
- Must have strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, and must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance (Scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdown)
- Predictive Maintenance (Use of equipment or tests to predict when maintenance will be needed)
- Provide and Maintain Spare & Replacement Parts Inventories
- Safety Repair Completion
- Participate in the Employee Safety Concern Process
- Utilize Pre-Task Planning Methods Performance Measurables
- Help Desk Immediate Work Orders 24 hrs
- PM Repair Completion
- Perform General Housekeeping in Common Work Areas Personnel Management
- Maintain Current Fork truck & Aerial Lift Operator's License
- Other duties as assigned
