JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supervises facility maintenance to ensure work is carried out in a manner consistent with all applicable safety procedures and policies.

Salary:

$65 - 70K - Monday to Friday

3rd shift (10pm to 6:30am)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Oversees daily work of skilled trades - electricians, millwrights, pipefitters, etc.
• Tour the site daily, report and resolve any problems that may put the infrastructure at risk.
• Direct maintenance staff to resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner.
• Assist contracted vendors with preventative maintenance program, trouble-shooting and modification.
• Determine status of diagnosed equipment and advise of corrective actions.
• Maintain records of maintenance checks and repairs.
• Assist in reviewing and reporting of incidents.
• Work with facilities staff in providing support.
