Location - Saginaw, Mi

Salary - 70k

Has had supervision experience with at least 3 direct reports
Process/program management
Self Regulating
Has had experience and or training with conflict management or de-escalation (union environments preferred but not required)
Highly organized and able to coordinate between multiple sites with different needs
Experience in investigation and workman's compensation
Experience with ADP preferred
Experience with compensation management, performance management programs

Experience in benefits, self funded is a plus
